    Sunni Fass manages Re:wild’s grant and contract services, including internal and partner support for the administration of complex funding awards from the US, EU, and other government sponsors. She works closely with the Operations team, with project managers from across the organization, and with Re:wild’s grantees to ensure compliance with award agreements and smooth implementation of the administrative aspects of awards. Prior to joining Re:wild, Sunni was Associate Director for International Research and Development at Indiana University, where she managed a globe-spanning portfolio of projects and grants funded by USAID and the US Department of State.

    Sunni is also an ethnomusicologist by training and brings non-profit leadership experience from 12+ years in international performing arts and museum administration.  She was a senior member of the team that developed and launched the vast Musical Instrument Museum and MIM Music Theater in Phoenix, AZ, and -- as Executive Director for Pentangle Arts Council (Woodstock, VT) and the Lotus Education and Arts Foundation (Bloomington, IN) -- she has produced concerts, plays, music festivals, and arts-education programs with hundreds of amazing artists from around the world.  She is also a returned Peace Corps volunteer (China) and has a background in education and TEFL.

    Sunni lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband, a pair of big black rescue mutts, and a very bossy tailless cat.
